I am very interested in this particular spice as I had chronic knee pain I had to be taking 500mg  of naproxen as needed up to 3 times per day.

When plaque builds up,  it narrows the coronary arteries that supply the heart with oxygen and nutrients this causes the coronary arteries to become diseased.

The plaque is caused by deposits containing cholesterol and this along with inflammation are usually to blame for coronary artery disease.

The decreased blood flow may cause chest pain (angina), shortness of breath, or other coronary artery disease signs and symptoms. A complete blockage can cause a heart attack.

Coronary artery disease often develops over a long time and this may cause the problem to go unnoticed until you have a significant blockage or a heart attack. But there’s plenty you can do to prevent and treat coronary artery disease. A healthy lifestyle can have  a big impact on heart health

Spices for good health- Maintaining good health

There are certain herbs and spices that are not only excellent for bones and joints but are good for our overall health.  We will be looking at some of these today.   There are herbs  and spices that will minimize inflammation it the joints that cause pain

These supplements come in different forms, some come in powder, capsules or the leaves of the herbs itself.

SPICES:-

Basil, cinnamon, cayenne, cloves, cumin, turmeric, ginger, oregano, thyme, garlic, rosemary

Turmeric and curcumin – Turmeric’s yellow-orange pigment, curcumin, is the main active ingredient in this super spice. Curcumin’s anti-inflammatory benefits are actually comparable to prescribed drugs as well as over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medicines like Advil and Motrin. But, unlike the drugs, curcumin is not toxic at all.

In researching for this post I have found out that Curcumin decreases inflammation and oxidation in the brain. This spice also speeds up the recovery time from strokes as well.
