This thing is amazing. It has opened up a new world for my father with dementia. It can be set to go faster than I can walk, so I can get a good workout when we take off from the nursing home together. We have gone to local craft fairs, to the lake, out on trails, and to doctor’s appointments. So far, we have used it for about 3 hours at a time, going uphill on a paved trail, and it has never even shown any decrease in the battery charge. It’s tough, quite stable, and easily goes across grass or dirt. We have the 4-wheeled one, which I think is best for out-of-doors. I keep it in pieces in the back of dad’s RAV 4, and it takes only seconds to put it together.

The only problem I’ve had is with the cup holder, in use going down an aisle, I got too close and knock the drink out of the holder. The cart is easily loaded and unloaded in our SUV. The charger is a quick charge, and I can bring the battery box to a closed outlet to charge.

But when you get the scooter that all you get! To me, this is a false advertisement. You do not get what was advertised in the photo
